I am looking for people to sell my services out there in the real world.  You see we do fairly well on the internet but I am looking for individuals to promote my services in the following ways:

• Property networking events
• "Down the pub" informal meetings
• Organised property seminars
• Tuppaware style home parties
• Formal dinners
• Buying trips to the actual hotspots

...and any other inventive way you can think of.  The more creative the better!

I really am looking for innovation on your part so we stand out from the rest of the crowd.  This is why you have to be really motivated to do this as it will require your effort, skill and creativity to be part of the fastest growing property companies in the UK (if not the world!).

The job description is simple:

1. Find potential clients who are interested in investing in property
2. Explain why they should use The Ahuja Group to help them build a portfolio

I will help you achieve both items above.  You can trust that I will promote all the events we plan in conjunction with you, promote any good ideas you have, provide the content and materials for you to maximise your selling chances and most of all give you a direct connection with the HQ of The Ahuja Group.

Our success will depend on your success.  I believe if you are passionate about property you will succeed.  Our message is simple:

1. invest in high yield properties
2. use as little cash possible as deposits
3. hold for the long term

I think if you understand these 3 points then communicating this to potential clients will be easy.  We source anywhere in the UK so if you meet a potential client who says they want a property in the Scily Isles then you can say "No Problem!".

The rewards can dwarf what you currently earn now.  I pay:

• £100 for every client recruited
• 5% of turnover generated by each client introduced for LIFE

So I hope you can appreciate you could make a fair bit of money if you find the right clients.  If you recruit 1 client a week who buys 5 properties a year then by year 2 you could be earning:

52 x 5 x £175 = £45,500 per year

And remember that is passively.  So once you have recruited you can sit back and let the money roll in. 

The systems we have run on the sophisticated Sales Force platform (which costs me a bomb) so your name goes next to every client you introduce.  If that client buys then it triggers up a commission to you so you can be assured your commission gets paid.

For those of you who do not know about the Ahuja Group we have been sourcing properties for over 5 years.  We were here in the boom as well as now the bust.  We are now, with the help of my clients, creating the boom again!

Now I want to work with serious people only.  Now what I might say might turn off some people immediately but that's ok.  To ensure you are serious I want a payment from you.

Eh?  The music has stopped!

The reason I need a payment from you determines that you are serious.  If you can make a small investment in yourself and our organisation then I know you are serious.

For your investment you get:

An invitation to a training day in Birmingham

A phone consultation to help train you up

Marketing tools and manuals to help you sell

Ideas and topics to discuss on a regular basis for your marketing activity

Full promotion of your events on my website and emails

So how much do I want form you.  You may well be surprised at the figure I am about to say.  It is the grand total sum of:

£5.

Yes £5.

If you cannot make that investment then it probably would not have worked out with you anyway.  However if you are willing to pay £5 then I know you can do the simple math that one sale means you get all your money back.

This £5 payment is a token payment.  It states to us you want to work with us and start making some money for yourself.

The training day will be in the final week of February probably on a Saturday.  If you cannot make it do not worry we will phone you to go through the training.

So to become an Associate please pay the token £5.
