Copy and paste any or all of the properties listed on the above page in to your email sender program or website and send out to your list.

If you look to the right of the page there are all the deals from previous days.  Feel free to pick and choose the deals from previous days to add to your list but bear in mind they might have sold.  The more recent the less likely it has been sold.

Make sure you add your contact details at the end or state something like “if you are interested please reply to this email”.

We suggest you check this part of the site every day and send out every day. These deals are usually less than 48 hours old and are sold within days as they are below market value.

2.                  Field enquiries

If someone shows interest or wants more information then contact us on 0870 990 3205 or sourcing@ahuja.co.uk and we will find out what you want and also confirm the figures and availability.

3.                  Process the sale

If your investor wants to buy the deal then take the full amount of the sourcing fee.  Then pass 50% to us.

4.                  Make Introduction

Once we receive the fee we will pass on the selling agents details for you to make the introduction to your investor.  We do not need to know who your investor is therefore protecting your client base.
