Michelle - I have over 12 years estate agency experience working in a  busy city centre office.  My career in agency began as a sales consultant moving swiftly through the ranks to senior, valuer, sales progress to branch manager within a 4 year time frame.  I have worked for both corporate and independent estate agents  getting to know the business from different prospective giving me a wealth of knowledge. 

Joanne - I have worked within the estate agency industry since 2000, my experience has come from working as a Sales Progresser, Senior Negotiator & Property Valuer, working within a variety of areas both in Kent and around Manchester.

Ben - I have worked in property sourcing for over 2 years now providing deals in the UK and USA. I have a growing list of excellent contacts who bring to me high quality investment opportunities from NMD to large portfolio's.

Mel  - I have worked in the estate agency  with local clientele and dealing with a  lot of London buyers looking for investment.  I  have 16 years of estate agency background and strive on finding the right property for the eager buyer!

Corinne - I have gained a wealth of experience from working in property for nearly 10 years, mainly within housing management and estate agency, but also personally with my own property investments.

Claire - I have 5 years experience in the property market for a corporate company.  During my time working for this company I achieved top sales person for the south east division 2008.  I work hard to deliver the right deals to the right people.

Alex - I have been working in the lettings industry for four years and completed my training at a Letting Agency in the centre of Canterbury. Whilst there I completed my ARLA Level One Examinations and covered all aspects of lettings from viewings to signing up new tenants. I moved to Ahuja Holdings in July 2007 and have been working on the Ajay's portfolio since August/September time and am looking to improve and expand our current portfolio in the coming months.
