Ajay has made television and radio appearances, featured as a guest contributor on publications such as The Guardian and MSN News, authored 14 published titles and he now writes regularly to his substantial readership.

In 2003 Ajay initiated PropertyHotspots.net, a membership based site designed to share his investment knowledge. The success of the project led to the development of the Ahuja Group which operates in the UK and overseas providing private sourcing services, exhibitions, consultancy, property news and popular resources to thousands of clients throughout the world.
