95% Mortgages

I have found 95% mortgages for residential purposes.  This lender allows bridge and remortgage so you could get on the property ladder (if you do not own a home) with nothing in the bank if you can get the property 5% BMV.

5% BMV?  We can find these in our sleep with both hands tied behind our back in the dark!  We can find up to 50% BMV so if you want to stop paying rent and start owning your home we have system where you can buy your own home at a discount price and get a cashback so you can equip every room with a plasma (including the bathroom!).

Believe me they are on the horizon.  It will happen to Australia first then USA then us.  I cannot wait!

£23,000 property

Found a lovely flat in blackpool unsold at auction and available to buy for £23,000.  It will rent at £325 per month which gives an awesome cashflow every month.  The bargains are back!

FTSE up 25%

Can you believe it?  The FTSE is like a wild snake up and down like a yo yo.  The FTSE has factored in the big cuts in interest rates.  If the FTSE believes it you can be sure I do as well.

Late 2008 will always be remembered.  2009 will be legendary.
