We are undergoing a major expansion due to increased demand for the bargain property deals we are seeing coming on to the market.

I am looking for 50 property sourcers who can:

1. Find properties for sale with estate agents based on a certain criteria
2. Negotiate the deal with the estate agent to get the property at the right price
3. Get the vendor and estate agent to agree certain terms
4. Pass the deal to us in a timely fashion

The rewards for people who can do the above will be high.  The better the deals the more we pay.  If you build good relationships with estate agents who can supply you with exactly what we are looking for then you could earn quite a bit from having just a few relationships with estate agents.

You may even know a few estate agents in your area or where you usually buy.  If you can tap in to your existing database then making money out of this venture will be easy.

My client base pretty much have an unlimited buying power.  If you consider just one buy to let lender offers £3m borrowing to approved applicants and we have 350 clients so our buying power is well over the £1bn mark. 

So if you find 10 good deals a day we have more than enough clients to take these on.  The great thing is there are 1,000s of these great deals coming on to the market everyday! 

If you were to find only ONE deal a day expect to earn £1,000 per week.   

This position is a commission only job.  There is no salary however you can do this job whenever you want i.e. you can do it on your day off, the weekend or do it all via email.  It really is up to you.  As long as the deals come through then that is all we care about.  Apply Now!
