These two stories have been released today.  Other news networks such as Bloomberg and Sky are reporting the positive news about property, buy-to-let and mortgage approvals.

 

So:

 

• when will it hit the bigger networks such as BBC prime time?
• When will the property renovation programme?s budgets get reinstated and flood our TV set boxes?
• When will the fly by night property sourcing companies start springing up taking up advertising space in the national press?
• When will property investment conversations start injecting life in to a dull dinner party?!

We all know that property investment is a sound thing to do in a boom, in a slump and when it is flat!

 

So whether you invest now, next month, next year or even next millennium it will and always will be a good idea.
