I have been building a training program for people who want to learn more about investing in BMV properties.

On top of providing this package I will be running either monthly or quarterly 1 day seminars which will aim to educate attendees and address the current trends and problems being faced by investors today.  As a member you can attend all or none of them.  There will be no limitation to attendance.

 

I will also be providing a private site where anyone who becomes a client can NETWORK with other investors in private.  The site will also include hotspot locations, private sales of properties, property management software, indexes and much more.  It will be within my newly revived propertyhotspots.net site and I will share all my contacts on finance and bridging etc.

 

This should catapult my business in a new league.  Instead of our organisation being just under the radar we will become clearly above the radar.

 

The reason for all of the above is simple.  Not only do you as a client benefit because you get on going education but we send out a signal to all BMV property sourcers, estate agents and developers out there that we can sell your properties.  When they see how active in the market we are they approach us.

 

We sell deals in minutes and the sourcers, agents and developers know that.  Any new contact coming on board willing to supply to us soon realises that when they send us a deal through.

 

So any client of the Ahuja Group will have all the training, resources and support they need to go and make some real cash in the world of BMV property investment.

 

Now there are other organisations that charge well over £3,000 for this sort of package but you can be assured I will charge nowhere near that.  I have yet to fully finalise the price but it will definitely be value for money!
