A question for Landlords only

LANDLORDS ONLY

I have a question for you and I want you to give it some real thought.

Taking everything in to consideration which do you prefer:

Being in a recession with low interest rates

Being in a boom with high interest rates

For me it is a difficult one to answer.  Being in a recession is not fun as the future is uncertain, moods are low and credit is poor.  However interest rates are low, cashflow is good and inflation is on the horizon.  These are all good things for a indebted property investor.

So which do you prefer?  I really would like to know.  My answer to this question has even surprised myself as I initially thought it was one answer but actually after thought it was the other.  I am keeping my answer private.

So vote now.  Here is the question again.

Taking everything in to consideration which do you prefer:

Being in a recession with low interest rates

Being in a boom with high interest rates

VOTE NOW
