Did you know I had an army? Well I do! I call them my eyes and ears of Ahuja Holdings.
I have what we call internally as Reps. They do the viewings for my properties, deal with tenant problems and are pretty much on call for anything my team need doing on my property portfolio.
Now these reps have been working for us for up to 2 years and I have to say overall they are excellent. They pretty much do what we ask of them and promptly.
Now Simon, the MD of The Ahuja Group, had an idea to use the reps with my property sourcing business. And I thought:
What a bloody good idea! Why did I not think of that.
So we have got our Reps to go to 51 hotspot locations to carry out mini missions. It involves dropping in on estate agents, placing ads in shop windows and some even more covert stuff!
This will result in one thing: More property deals. There is one thing being a highly charged office bringing in quality deals via the phone and email. But when you couple this up with on the ground attack then the sort of deals we are going to get are going to be awesome!

We had 52 property deals come in last month for our clients and the target for the team is 100 this month. It will be interesting to see how well they do now we have our reps involved.
