You see it’s all very well me talking about how I’ve made my £15 million portfolio and my disposable income in excess of £60,000 every month.

But it wasn’t always like that.

It took me 12 years to get to this level. My income only really catapulted 6 years ago, once I had a team helping me source the properties. I’ll be honest here, to get to over 200 properties you’ll need a team, NOT just any team, BUT a really good team.

My team do everything from finding the property, organising the mortgage if I need one, all the legalities, finding the tenants the lot.
