I have been busy writing my new book.The first chapter is all about rent a
room.It is a guide for anyone who wants
to start off renting out rooms in a house they live in.
Now it is not the boring do this and do that guide.It is my take on it on how to make the most money
from it.
As I nearly finished I thought hang on a second this could
be a great service to offer newbie investors who own no property but want to
start off gently.
So I will be creating a little mini eBook on it so you can
learn how to go about it.If you are not
sure what the formula is I will succinctly put to you now:
Buy a multi-roomed property (4+ bedrooms with some reception
rooms) on a 95% residential mortgage on a fixed or variable tracker.Then kit out really basic and pack them in!
Now that is the very basics of it.There is more to it (as you know) but if you
want to get involved in property but do not know where to start then this could
be a good place to start from.My first
ever rent cheque was from renting out my spare room in my two bed house.
Prices are low and lets face it the lenders prefer granting
residential mortgages more than they do buy to let mortgages.
So look out for the eBook and more importantly look out for
