Why Join Our e-Newsletter?

The best way to get an idea of what we are about is to examine and understand our mission statement:

"To find every property deal in the UK that offers real above average returns and present it without bias to our readership."

I have underlined three sections of our mission statement which I think is important to draw your attention to:

1. "Every"

We want to present EVERY deal out there that's worth getting involved with to you. The way we are trying to do this is by:

• Working with every reliable property sourcer in the UK who specialise in finding the sort of deals we look for - high yield.
• Using intelligent scraping and alert software which interrogate all the major property portal websites.
• Employing a team to search the online and offline classifieds for private deals, acquiring unsold stock from the major auction houses and procure portfolios from current landlords wishing to sell up.
• Working with repossession and BMV house buying companies who know exactly what we are looking for.
• Actively training new individuals on how to become property sourcers for us.
• Working with other property investors who come across deals due to being in the industry.
• Building relationships with estate agents in hotspot areas to alert us to deals before they even go public.

Simply put we are doing whatever it takes to get the deal.

We firmly believe in the returns being real. The only way we know if the returns are real are if the figures are verifiable. All our figures are verifiable. Being the:

Rent stated

Mortgage cost

Both figures are based on real or calculated data which you can determine quite easily if these are stated correctly.

We do NOT include anticipated capital growth in any of our calculations as we are not crystal ball gazers. We cannot predict the future and nor can anyone else. If you do come across such a property investment company then STAY AWAY. Anticipated capital growth can only be verified in time, well after you have parted with your cash!

3. "Without Bias"

What we try to do here is present facts. We will give you the good pictures and the bad pictures. We will tell you the crime statistics regardless on whether they are good or bad. We will give you the trend of property prices in the area whether they are going up or they are going down.

We expect our readership to come to their own conclusions rather than be spoon fed the decision on whether to buy a certain property or not. Property is a long term investment and each property should be thought of as a long term relationship. We don't want you to get hitched too early only to be heading for the nearest divorce court because you were forced in to marriage against your will!
