I have been quiet for a reason

All my loyal subscribers would have noticed something very strange about me over the past couple of weeks:

 

I HAVE BEEN VERY QUIET

 

I have not sent out many emails as I have been busy on a project which is coming in to fruition.

 

I have been in the office a lot getting to see in precise detail:

 

  1. How deals are found
  2. How deals are presented
  3. How deals are sold
  4. How we can find more deals to give my client base and readership a larger selection of deals to choose from

 

Here were my findings:

 

  1. We have the largest active contact list of 3rd party sourcers in the UK.  I can confidently say this as I have invested so much time, effort and money in building this contact list.  It stands at over 500 organisations.  From Fred in Preston to National Property Buyers (UK) we know them ALL! 

  2. We get over 500 deals sent to us every month with 50 to 60 selected as deals suitable for my clients due to them meeting our strict selection criteria.

  3. Plenty of 3rd party back up research is done to verify the validity of the sourcer’s information to assist the client in making their decision.

 

Here were my conclusions:

 

  1. We reject 450+ deals per month which could be of value to you out there if it happened to be in the precise street of your choice but not such a big discount to estimated market value.  These deals need to be made available to my clients and readership.

  2. The 3rd party research should be verifiable by the potential purchaser.  Where possible links to 3rd party websites should be given to back up our research.

The machine has just started to get going and it is my mission to present to you every BMV deal out there in the UK.  You can come to my site and we should be displaying every BMV deal out there in the UK.

 

But not only that.  Each deal will be backed up with 3rd party evidence so you have more at hand to make a decision.

 

I have set up a “Report Factory”.  This Report Factory’s sole purpose is to present to you every deal in the UK that is being offered below market value and give you back up supporting information.  Every day you can check my site for the deals that have been added.  Each day a new page is created and deals are added.
