I am excited to say I have a
potential new method of how to do no money down investing.To say I was excited would be an
understatement.
This method can also involve
those of you who have a bit of cash and want to put it to use and earn 1% per
month on a SECURED basis.
This method will mean you
can actually buy any property you find on Rightmove or anywhere else WITHOUT it
needing to be structured below market value.
It will mean you can
negotiate the price to as low as you can and there will be no need for the RICS
valuation to be in excess of the purchase price.
This method, if it is a goer,
will mean:
Only one set of legal fees instead of two
No generous RICS valuations required
Literally NO CASH INPUT.True 100% financing including all fees
No complicated legal processes to stay within
the law regarding full disclosure
It all hinges on having
sensible conversations with brokers who have direct access to funds or finding
private lenders who have significant funds in aggregate who are willing to lend
at 1% per month on a secured low risk basis.

from some of the brokers and lenders I have contacted today so wish me
