I have found another 85% LTV lender!

We are living in a funny world.  I met with my broker Liz today and it all made sense.  The reason why the TWO 85% LTV lenders are keeping it low profile is because they do not want to be ram raided with applications.

As you can imagine 85% buy to let mortgages were thought to be non existent.  A dinosaur of the buy to let era.  But they are back.  For how long I do not know but I would not hang about. 

With an 85% LTV buy to let mortgage you only need to structure the deal around 20% BMV.  My team have been finding deals at 45% BMV.  I just got an alert in my email inbox at 50% BMV.

For those cashback junkies it will mean 30% cashback!  On every £100,000 invested you will get £30,000 back. 

So if you are clever you will buy £1m worth of high cashback properties, get around £250,000 cashback and then build an even higher yielding portfolio using this £250,000 as deposits.

Building a portfolio with no money could never look easier.  In the old days you had to use credit cards, 125% LTV mortgages and small gifted deposits up to 10% and unsecured loans to build a portfolio. 

Now all you need is some cracking deals, a 75% or greater LTV buy to let mortgage and a no money down scheme to finance the whole deal.  Well guess what ? I have got the lot!
