I do give a lot of advice to my readership. However it could be a whole load of
rubbish! You are right to think this as I
do read a lot of rubbish on the internet and you are right to be sceptical.
So how do you determine what I say is worth anything? Firstly I have been there and got the
T-shirt. I started with nothing and I have
a portfolio of 200 properties. This is
fact. My team headed by Michelle along
with Alex work full time on collecting the rents and handling all the problems
associated with owning such a large portfolio.
If you want to have a chat with Alex I am sure it can be
arranged once you become a client.
Secondly I am currently investing. My team place offers for me on my behalf on
deals pretty similar to yours. If anything
the properties I go for are in WORSE condition than what my clients get offered
as I like the real cheap properties that need work.
Thirdly we have been sourcing for 5 years. We understand property sourcing simply
because we have been doing it for so long.
We have our network of contacts (which is ballooning due to recent
activities see: ) so we are well placed to get a deal before most.
Fourthly we work the longest hours! 8am to 8pm.
My vision is to be 7am to 10pm but we currently work 12 hour shifts and
we also are open on Saturday. We would
not work these long hours if there was not the work to do.
So please bear in mind the above when you read other
competitor websites. I have seen some
crazy claims which upon investigation are a whole load of baloney. Everything we put out is up for scrutiny and
challenge. If we make a claim and you do
not agree with it then challenge it. We
have plenty of data sources to back up what we are saying.
I have to say I am very proud of my team. Over the last 6 months we have grown to a
team of 10 people strong and it feels like a medium sized business even though
we are still quite small.
If you want help in building a property portfolio which
chucks out cash like mine (speak to Alex!) then request a callback and we'll
pick up the price of the call!
