Absolutely NO!

 

There is know how and technique and this can all be learned but there are no “secrets” as some people call it.  I call that marketing hype!

 

So if you come across a website promising to share their secrets for a small fee (which is in effect a large fee when you compare it to my training package) tread with caution.  There are lots of one man bands out there knocking up badly written pdfs and trying to get a free holiday paid for by YOU!

 

There are some good books out there but they are usually found on Amazon and fronted by a publisher with some quality control and at only 10% of the price of an eBook.

 

With all education training materials TIME should always be the limiting factor.  The cost should be a no brainer.  If you cannot quickly fathom whether you will get your money back from investing in a training course then stay well away.

 

If a course costs £2,000 then be very damn sure you can get this back.  If anyone tries to sell you a course for this amount they should be able to back it up with some hard evidence how you can get your money back.  And remember it relies on your action to do so.

 

My course is only £5 for the first month.  I will let you decide on whether it is worth a fiver.  If not send it back and I will refund you in full.

 

Now some of you might say that this is a cheap trick to get your business.  And guess what.  That is (sort of) correct!  But before you think that my training is in anyway biased or just an elongated sales pitch think again.

 

It is a stand alone product.  You will see that when you get it.  I do not want to provide some load of crap that is of no use to you.  That would be pointless and I know the people that read my newsletters are not that dumb.  In fact I do not think many people would fall for that.

 

My £5 training product has completely unbiased information.  Nowhere along the line do I say “…now to find out the real secrets or tips join the Ahuja Group”. 

 

No way!  Everything is within the training material for you to set up and do it all on your own. 

 

So how am I trying to trick you in to becoming a client?  Well trick is a strong word but what I do want to show you is that we know what we are talking about.  I give you the tools to go out there and start yourself or learn more to help you with your property pursuits.

 

Now 90% of you will say thank you very much and do it alone and that’s great.  Enjoy my training package (on me!) and I wish you every success. 

 

Now the other 10% I am hoping will think:

 

“The Ahuja Group sound like they know what they are doing let me give them a call”

 

Now these 10% will turn in to prospective customers and some of those will become customers and they will go on to make money for themselves and my organisation.  That’s business.  We save you having to put down a deposit of up to £35,000 and charge as little as £1,000 for the service.
