I was wondering how us landlords, property investors and property people in general.  I would love to watch an election debate where my dream agenda is:

 

• LHA – paid direct to the landlord or to the tenant?
• Licensing – is it really necessary?
• HMO – is obtaining planning really the way forward?
• Credit – How heavy handed should we be in making banks lend?
• Regulation – does the buy to let sector really need regulation?

 

That would do me for a starter!  Since we are all caught in election fever why not debate it on the forum.
