I am not sure if you know this but it is my personal mission to educate the world about property investment.  I get annoyed when I see these glossy adverts for pension policies which never highlight the risks placed on the policy holder. 

 

These types of companies need the gloss.  The more gloss, the more risk!  If they emboss the brochure with silver or gold then run away!

 

You contribute your hard earned money, they gamble with it and they hope to return you more than you put in.  No guarantees, no money back (until you hit age 60) and absolutely no control on your part.  Sounds nice eh?

 

So if you want to provide for yourself and give yourself an inflation proof income your choices are limited.  My choice as you can guess is PROPERTY!

 

Now property investment is NOT reserved for the rich.  To the contrary.  A lot of the rags to riches stories made their fortunes in property (like me!).  We all applied no money down investing except we all called it different things. 

 

They key thing is personal input of cash from the individual is low.  Money is borrowed from various sources to make purchases and the tenant pays for your borrowings.  As the compare the meerkat meerkat says “simples!”
