It is quite a statement but you can actually get your property managed by my organisation for free.

Let me explain.

If you let your property through a letting agent they charge fees not only to you but to the tenant also!

They charge the tenant:

Credit checking fee – I have seen fees up to £75 being charged to the tenant even though the credit check only costs £10 to do.

Drawing up a tenancy – this can be up to £300

Inventory charge – this can easily be £150

Phone calls, late payment and admin charges – they are legally allowed to apply reasonable costs to a tenant’s account in collecting the rent.  This again can be easily £50 a month for making contact with the tenant.

All in all the letting agent gets to collect an easy £250+ every year off a tenant which you never see.  

Now if you manage your property through us we reckon we can manage your property easily for £250 per year.  And guess who you can recharge our cost to?

The tenant!

So effectively you get your property managed for NOTHING.
