I will be very honest with you.  I need HELP!

Now I am going to lay out to you what I am offering for one person who I want to be the manager of this whole project:

1. You will get to own 20% of a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) co-owned by myself
2. This Limited Liability Partnership will own a stake in every LLP we further create from the ideas contributed from the Entrepreneurs and individuals willing to work on these ideas.

So in effect you will get to own a share of every enterprise we create.

So what type of person do I require?  Well these will be the sort of qualities I would like:

1. Entrepreneurial
2. Hard working
3. Computer literate i.e. able to utilise email, word, excel, basic web functions
4. Have excellent management skills
5. Good reporting skills
6. Experience with managing big projects

You will also be expected to contribute at least a minimum of 20 hours a week but I would expect that it would be much more since this is a massive project. Remember this is not a job so there is no salary.

The rewards are high if we get this right.  Please only apply if you are serious about becoming a major player by having many minority stake holdings in many businesses.
