To say I am excited would be an under statement. I placed an offer of £25,000 on a property
that I came by on Rightmove and to my surprise it was accepted.
I offered full asking price and it was accepted. Now I am sure you are thinking hang on a
second he bid the full asking price it should get accepted. However I have tried to buy over the last few
months and not really got anything. They
had all been sold to someone else.
So I got on Rightmove and started bidding today and guess
what: I got another one. A one bed flat
for £22,500.
I have a meeting with RBS who will be assisting me in my 800
property purchase binge and I will be doing this all no money down.
I can let you know this.
The bargains are out there. They are
better than pre 2002 if you can find them.
Now this is the best bit, since vendors need HIPS and Home Reports you
can make proper offers as you know what the property is exactly like.
So prices are good.
Information on the property is good.
Commercial finance is good. That
means it is ALL GOOD!
I also met with my refurbishment contractor on Thursday and
we have an agreement in place where they will refurbish my properties quickly and
to spec and on the money.
This means it will become real easy to build a whole load of
cheap refurbished high yielding properties that chuck out cash every month for LIFE!
If you want to work hard for the next 12 months you can set
yourself up for life. This is exactly
what I am doing and I recommend you do to.
