who simply do not want credit.
I have 6 new services which I will be launching and since

All the above can be started off with very little cash and
do not require credit scores. You can
earn up to £40,000 per property and the number of deals you can do are
unlimted. It is simply limited to your
efforts.
Also my sourcing model is going to get a bit more sophisticated. We will be giving you options on what you
want to do. The options being:

then rent (need yield)
buy,
refurb, rent (need yield)
buy,
refurb, sell to investor (need significant BMV)
buy,
refurb, sell to First Time Buyer (need significant BMV)
buy
then rent overseas (USA)
It will widen the search will mean we can source closer to
your chosen areas. Buy and sell is a
real strategy that works for the serious property trader and you can make quick
returns if you keep an eye on the costs.
