He is up for showing you around the North East of England and:

getting you access to at least 10 properties ready to buy and all BMV

explaining how to make a BMV deal stack, no money down investing and how to structure deals so that you can actually get cashback from investing

explaining how the credit crunch can work for you even when there is an apparent lack of lending

introducing you to a property management company who will ensure your investment is a passive investment.

We used to run these over a year ago but we stopped doing so as the credit crunch started to bite.

The last 2 weeks have shown that the credit freeze is starting to melt and it took a quick call to Richard to convince him that we should start doing these trips again!

He has access to whole load of stock all BMV and is willing to show you the cream of the crop. They are all cashback deals (subject to legals, valuations etc) and if you like the first 10 he shows you he can find you some more.

The following trips have been scheduled:

Thursday 4^th December	BOOK NOW

The trips are limited to 3 spaces only and lunch is included.

The trip only costs £295+VAT for the whole day (10am to 6pm). We will give you a meeting point where to meet and we will drop you back there when the day is finished.

If you are interested in proceeding with a property a discounted sourcing fee is payable of £1,995 in VAT. There will be bulk discounts if you go for 3 or more properties.
