If you want to build a quality property portfolio you MUST have a large selection of deals to choose from right?  If you only had to build your portfolio from a small selection of deals then by the laws of averages your portfolio will be inferior to a portfolio built selected from a large selection.  This obviously assumes you are selecting right!
