I am looking for ambitious property people to build relationships with estate agents and property sourcers to help build mine and some of my client’s portfolios.

 

At a glance:

• Salary around £75,000 p.a. (100% sales commission only)
• No experience necessary. Full training given
• Must have excellent negotiating and communication skills
• Car, phone and computer required
• Part time and full time positions available

 

Your day to day duties will involve:

 

• Searching the internet and hotspot locations for property deals meeting a certain criteria
• Following up deals found and placing offers
• Negotiating with estate agents and property sourcers to get the best price for the property
• Communicating with head office via email and phone your results
• Complying with purchasing procedures

 

I am primarily looking for full time staff however I will consider part time.  This really is a good opportunity for anyone who is good at building and nurturing business relationships.

 

You will get paid every time a deal is secured.  The more deals you find the more money you can make.  The potential earnings are unlimited. 

 

Just to be clear there is no basic salary or expenses paid.  You will have to risk your own expenses (such as internet, phone, mileage etc.) however if you already have a broadband connection and a mobile phone with bundled minutes then your cost should only be your time if you choose to stay office based.

 

On the flipside the commission that can be earned per property far compensates any outlay you have to incur.  In other words the potential profits are VERY HIGH if you are good at what you do.
