Of course!

Now you would think I would say that but let me really justify this.  Around 10,000 properties on average get put on to the market each DAY!  Now you may only want to buy 1 or 2 properties a month but you want to make sure they are the RIGHT 1 or 2 properties a month.

So you conduct your search by visiting estate agents, rightmove, small ads etc to find out what is for sale at the moment.  Now it is only when you conduct this search do you become aware of the potential deals.  Now if you was searching religiously 6 times a day for deals from all sources then you would not need us however assuming you do not do this then you will very much need us.

We have sophisticated search tools that ALERT us to a deal as soon as it goes on the market.  My staff are glued to their desks waiting for these alerts.  When an alert comes through they check the deal stacks, negotiate the deal to the best price and then send out to our client list.  We are upgrading to SMS text alerts so you will be alerted straight away without the need to check your computer.

This means when a deal is put on to the market we could be texting you within 5 minutes of it coming on to the market already negotiated and you could secure the deal and put your name to it within 15 minutes!

This is why our clients use us.  We find the deals that are within our parameters and alert you to them in real time.  So how can you not use us, even if it is alongside your own personal sourcing?
