There are no more upfront fees for existing clients. For new clients it is a one off payment of 350 GBP and no further upfront payments from then on. All we now ask is for our fee at the end once a property has been found. This means if we don?t impress you then you do not owe us anything. If we do then its a win win situation, you get the investment property you want and we get paid. So our success depends on how we meet your needs. If we do not we do not get paid. Therefore there can be no doubt that we will be 100% committed to getting you what you want.
