I get asked on a daily basis to do private consultations.  I do love doing them but there are only so many hours in the day!  I enjoy seeing that penny drop moment when you tell the consultee something you know and they just simply get it.  Things like:

 

• You will get rich if you invest in property for the long term
• Gearing multiply your returns like no other investment
• UK property is the safest asset class around
• A property portfolio can build you an inflation proof income for LIFE and beyond
• The return on capital employed can be in the hundreds of percentages sometimes in the thousands hence it is a difficult asset class to beat

 

Etc.!

 

Nothing beats a face to face consultation as you get that personal touch.  You get the full attention to focus on whatever it is that you want to know. 

 

Now I charge quite a hefty fee for these consultations hence they are not for everyone.  However I invited my seminar trainer guy Andy for a brain storming session round my house and we came up with the following:

 

• FREE 5 minute telephone consultation
• 1 hour telephone, face to face or skype consultation for £50 per hour
• Book as many hours as you like!
