My team have had their eye on a portfolio in Scotland which has been lurking in the background but never actually come up for sale.  Landlords can be a peculiar bunch (trust me, I know I am!) but we have been given the amber light to say he is ready to sell!

 

Now we have got an exclusive on these deals.  He has not told us how many he owns (but I reckon it is 80 or so) but he is releasing them in little chunks.  The way we have got exclusivity on these deals is because we said we can sell them in 24 hours.

 

We told him to price them keenly and they will sell.  So guess what; he has!  Word from Michelle we have 2 completely no money down deals ready to be grabbed as the first two.

This month could be a real flush of no money down deals.  I have been waiting for this moment where we have more no money down deals than demand!
