We have various sources and my team of 8 are busy harassing estate agents, property sourcers, private individuals and developers to get property deals. We place around 100 offers in a day and we come across around 5 to 15 cracking deals a day.

We will now present these deals on my deals page. The deals will start to get added from today and we should be in full swing by Tuesday next week.

I will be offering the deals from only £500 and you do not have to be a client to get them. Please remember these are for professional landlords only. It is expected that you have everything else in place and you simply want good deals.

The deals have been graded bronze, silver, gold and platinum. This is an exciting step for the Ahuja Group as we hope to work with a lot more landlords than before.
