I had an excellent meeting yesterday with two guys who are the leaders in lease options.  You can basically take control of a property and enjoy the fruits of the property like the positive cashflow and capital growth WITHOUT owning the property!

 

Over the next few weeks I am going to educate you regarding options so you know exactly how they work and how you can start profiting from them this very month.

 

If the banks are not going to lend in any great way then it is time to take matters in our own hands and lets all start using options!

 

I am not sure if you remember my article about buying all the books on a subject to really learn everything about that subject but one of those subjects was lease options.

 

I have to say it is a very exciting subject.  You may have seen titles such as “buy a house for £1” or “Learn about Lease Options” etc.  Well it has been born out of necessity.  Necessity is the mother of all inventions I have heard and and lease options is the invention to tackle the credit crunch head on.

 

Lease options are an excellent strategy to use alongside your property buying.  You can make a lot of money if you structure the option with the right key variables however I will teach you more about that later.  I will also be running free one day seminars on the subject so I hope to see you there.

 

Anyway its time to enter in to the world of options, lease options and sandwich options so we can all get on with making some money.
