This may sound really obvious what I am about to say but the reason why he became the fastest billionaire in history was because he took MASSIVE risks.  I’m talking massive. He basically borrowed from people he had helped in the past, borrowed from a number of banks and borrowed from himself putting everything he had on the line. He had used this strategy several times before and that was why he was broke at age 31.

Now I take my hat off to him as I could not take those sort of risks. I do take risk but the outcome of my risk taking is NOT all or nothing but make a bit lose a bit.  So far I have consistently made a bit and I reckon I will in the future.  This is because property is EXTREMELY low risk.  You are never reliant on the whims of people’s personal taste like fashion as property deals with the core human need of shelter.

So if you want to get rich quick then consider the Philip Green way but be prepared for a bumpy ride or if you want to get rich at a moderate pace then consider my way and read about how I can help you.
