We do NOT source high value low yielding properties no matter how pretty they look.  We source properties that make you money.  They are usually out of the town or city centre, not suitable for young professionals and look a bit drab.  However they make you money.  It is bread and butter stuff.  We can start sourcing for you now.

I have invested in these sort of properties all my life and will continue to do so.  I have no desire to have a pretty portfolio (unless it yielded greater than 10 per cent!) as all I want to do is make the biggest monthly profit possible.
