We can source properties that require work and/or complete refurbishment. The opportunity to add value is immense and the competition for these properties is low under the current climate. We can find, negotiate (extremely ferociously!) and even arrange the refurbishment for you.
We expect that there is at least a 20% profit margin for every deal we find. That is to say purchase costs plus refurbishment costs will make up only 80% of the final selling price leaving you with a 20% profit based on the eventual selling price.

Capital required
We have a very attractive mortgage package where our broker can provide 95% of the purchase price and 95% of the refurbishment costs. You will be hard pushed to find anything better than that in the market today I can assure you!
