What our service costs

To utilise our service costs £350 non-refundable joining fee + £2,500+VAT when we or you find a suitable property.  You will get access to all our contacts and you will be able to use our solicitor, mortgage broker and surveyor team who will ensure the property you choose values up.

We will also negotiate the property price downwards if the property does not value up.
