For the last few months we have been experimenting with some client evenings.  The idea being we get me, my team, my clients and some carefully chosen non-clients all together in a central London bar and we have good old knees up! 

Specifically though the purpose of the evenings are:

• Existing clients get to put a face to the voice.  They can really get to know their client manager and give them exact guidance on what they have planned for the next 12+ months with regards to their property ambitions.

• Non clients to speak to clients and see how we are helping our existing client base to build cashflow property portfolios.  Clients can give first hand experiences of what it is like to work with a property sourcing company.  No censorship goes on here.  Clients tell it as it is: Down valuations, fickle vendors and fussy lenders are fully disclosed!
  
  
• Meet the management.  You get to meet me, Simon (the managing director) and Michelle (the general manager) to see if we are the sort of people you want to be trusting with your investment capital with!  We can address your issues you are having or give you that moment of inspiration that will kick start your investing career.
  
  
• To have fun!  Apart from all what I have said above it is a night out, in London, on me.  Regardless of whether you want to do any of the above it is always good to mix with like minded people.

Now please bear in mind places are strictly limited and it is an invite only event.  So if you are a client or non-client and you want an invite please fill out the brief form below.  If you meet the criteria we will contact you in advance of the event date.

So what’s the criteria?  Well in a nutshell it is:

1. Got cash
2. Good credit
3. Want to buy

Without sounding too blunt like above you must be able to prove you have a deposit to a mortgage company, be actually able to get a number of mortgages hence you need good credit and want to buy more than four properties a year.
